So I've been lurking for awhile and decided that once I realised that this forum doesn't get flooded with hundreds of messages per day, that I might actually join in.

I'm Lisa Jane (LJ), I'm 24, I'm in Australia, and been an Aladdin fan since I was 7 and it came out at the movies. It's the first movie I ever remember seeing at the cinema, it's the only movie I've seen six times at the cinemas much to my Mum's love for Robin Williams.

I've never actually liked the character of Aladdin himself, my favourite characters have always been and will likely to always be Jafar and Jasmine (seperately or together). I live with a boyfriend who likes Jafar just as much as I do, which leads to some interesting events in our house... I'll leave that part there.

I'm also on FF.Net under the same screen name, currently writing.

I'm Michelle, and Aladdin's been my favorite movie for literally as long as I can remember. (It came out when I was 2.)

I also love how our introductions sound like al-anon intros.

Thanks guys! So glad this is a small board, I hate joining forums only to find there's hundreds of posts per day that I can only dream of getting through...

Oh, heavens, no. The most you'll get is a couple posts a day/a week. We're either all in school or working too much to flood the board Laughing

It used to be super-busy a few years ago. Several posts in one hour.

It's kinda laid-back now.

And sometimes I see that the posts are all white only to realize that I've been logged out. Then I log in and they're gold again. Smile
